What payment options are available to place an order?


We accept all major credit cards,and Express Pay options Meta Pay, PayPal, G Pay, and Shop Pay. 

Once an order has been processed, you are automatically sent an email confirmation with your order summary. Your order will then ship out within 1-2 business days.

*Please Note: We are unable to make changes to the method of payment, items or quantity once an order has been placed. 

If you need to make changes to your order or billing information, we encourage you to Contact Us immediately after the order has been placed, so we can assist with options. We can be also be reached via chat on our website or via phone at 888-737-6287.


Common Questions


Can I use multiple forms of payment?

At this time we can only accept one method of payment.  Our system does not allow for multiple card entries.  You are welcome to contact us directly for alternate payment options. 


I am tax exempt, why am I being charged sales tax?

For tax exempt customer we request that you email us your tax exempt certificate, and we can create a tax exempt account for you.  

If you already have a tax exempt account, make sure you are using the email address associated with your tax exempt account.  The removal of taxes will only apply when the correct email address is entered.

*Please Note: For orders placed prior to a tax exempt account being created, we do not have the option to refund the tax once the account is setup.  Therefore we request you wait until your tax exempt account is setup to place your order. 


Where is my order confirmation email email?

Upon order completion an email is automatically sent to the email address entered when the order was placed.  For express payments the email is sent to the email address associated with that express payment option.

If you still have not received your confirmation email, we recommend checking to ensure you entered the correct email address.  You can also check your spam/junk folder to see if the order confirmation is there.
