What do I do if I cannot locate my package or it arrives damaged?


Lost packages

At We Sell Mats, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is showing as delivered and you cannot locate it, please check around your premises, with members of your household, and neighbors to see if you can locate the package(s).


In our experience, most orders that are showing delivered are located within within 1-2 business days.  However, if it has been longer than 1-2 days please contact our customer support team at 888-737-6287 with your order number and any relevant details.  We will contact our shipper and investigate the delivery and provide you with a resolution.




Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report the damage to our customer support team.  

Please take photos of damage to the product and packaging and email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order, and contact us directly with any additional details at 888-737-6287.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement, discount, or issue a refund.
