What are my Return or Exchange options?


Returns

You are able to return brand new merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund items must be returned in their original condition, and packaging. Please note that discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Merchandise that is not returned in brand new condition will be charged a restocking fee.

*Please Note:Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item.


Exchanges

You are welcome to contact us for assistance with placing a new order, and for instructions on returning the existing order. To be eligible for a return the existing items must be returned in their original condition, and packaging.



What can I do with mats I can no longer return?

In the event you find yourself with mats that cannot be returned due to our 30-day return policy, there are other avenues you can explore. 

Our customers have had success selling such products on platforms like Facebook Marketplace or the Neighborhood App. This allows for the repurposing of the mats and avoids wastage.
