Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Pending Shipment
For orders that have not shipped we can easily update your address. As long as the order has not been assigned tracking, we can update your address in our shipping system. There are no additional fees for this change, and you will be sent an updated invoice reflecting the change.
Post Shipment.
Once the order has left our facility, we can contact the carrier in an attempt to update the address. Changes to the address can be impacted by the shipping and delivery date. Additional fees for the address change and shipping cost, must be paid prior to us contacting the shipper to update the address.
Delivered Shipments
In the event that your order has already been delivered, we can reach out to the carrier to see if they are able to retrieve the package. Retrieved packages will likely be sent back to our warehouse. Once we receive the order, we can assist you with reshipment options and cost.
