Do you accept Purchase Orders?

W are able to accept purchase orders from schools and government organizations. The purchase order should be emailed to us at [email protected], prior to the order being placed.
Purchase Orders must included the following information:
- · Current Date
- · Billing & Shipping Address
- · Valid contact number for your Accounting/Purchasing Department.
- · SKU & Description of the product
- · Current product cost
- · Shipping cost & taxes if applicable
If you are tax exempt, we ask that you provide us with your exempt certificate. This information will be forwarded to our Accounting Team, so they can create a tax exempt account for you.
All purchase orders are subject to a Net30 agreement, and must be paid within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive an invoice via email and US Mail, from our Accounting Team with the due date.
